Deceiver redeploys two units of Destroyers.

Ultramarines activate the redeploy stratagem for two Command Points [-2CP].

Battle Round 1 – Necrons

Deceiver casts Transdimensional Thunderbolt on the Executioner, doesn’t damage it, but damages several models around it.

Necrons gun down two centurions and leave the last one with one wound left 🙁 They also bring the Executioner down to two wounds remaining 🙁

No kills for the Necrons in Turn 1. I forgot to activate Methodical Destruction to overcome the -1 from Tigurius even though I had the card out as a reminder.

Battle Round 1 – Ultramarines

Sternguard deep strike and kill four Necron Immortals.

Ultramarines shooting.

Fight phase for the Ultramarines.

Tomb Blades wiped out, 4 destroyers, 17 immortals killed as well.

Battle Round 2 – Necrons

Necrons T2 moved closer to the Ultramarines.

Wiped all units of Intercessors, killed most of the Sternguard and Centurions finished off. The Executioner somehow survived yet again. But the writing was on the wall for the Ultramarines now that they only had three units left to attack with and one of them being a heavily damaged Executioner.

Necrons fight phase.

Ultramarines concede the game as the Necrons continue to advance on them.
